We want you to love your NutriGo Portable Blender. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused or defective
• Item must be in original packaging
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

How to request a refund: Email us at supportnutrigo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. For change of mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
